Privacy Policy for Little by little

This privacy policy explains what information Little by little ("the app," "we," "us") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your email address and password, used to create and sign in to your account. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they're handled securely by our backend provider, Supabase.

When you use the app, we store the data you enter yourself:

• Your tasks (names, notes, scheduled times, and dates)
• Your Constants (short recurring reminders you set up)
• Your Daily Review entries (productivity/satisfaction scores and completed-task history)

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any device data beyond what's needed to run the app.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to provide the app's core features: signing you in, saving your tasks and reviews, and syncing that data across your devices. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build any kind of profile about you beyond what's needed for the app to function.

Third parties

Little by little is built on Supabase, which securely stores your account and app data on our behalf. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to any other third party. The app does not include analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs of any kind.

Your choices

You're in control of your data at all times:

• Clear all data (Settings) permanently deletes all your tasks, constants, and daily reviews, both on your device and in the cloud, while keeping your account.
• Delete account (Settings) permanently and immediately deletes your account and everything associated with it. This is fully self-service — no need to email us to request it.

Both actions require re-entering your password first, since they can't be undone.

Data security

Your data is stored using Supabase's infrastructure, which follows industry-standard security practices, and access to your data is restricted to your own account (enforced at the database level, not just in the app).

Children's privacy

Little by little is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
